Over the years we have developed strong relationships with North West based suppliers of quality beef, lamb, poultry and pork. Offering such an extensive range of local produce has benefited many of our catering customers whose menus focus on local ingredients. In 2005 and 2006 Clancys have supplied the winners of the 'Chester Food & Drink Festival's "Best Use of Local Produce" award.
